Production Capacity:

Wax Injection      Use the wax machine, liquid wax can be pressed   by the mould to wax shape mould.
Shell Produce     Wax moulds are drenched in silica sol and then covered with different kinds of sands, winded and dried. Repeat this process several times.
Dewaxing Produce     Dried wax moulds are put into the dewaxing kettle, high temperature and high press melt the wax.
Pouring Produce     Put the high temperature metal water which is in the furnace into dewaxed casting mould.
Machining Produce     Casting products is machined here to remove burr   and brightened it to ensure meet customer requirements.
Spectrometer Inspection    Testing the accurate quantitative analysis of chemical composition for black pure metals and alloys, non-ferrous metal and alloys, it is key for the metal material quality control, research and development of products.
